I have been teaching for 20+ years in the classroom and have several years experience as HOD. I have had the opportunity to teach a wide range of subjects. My specialist area is Food but I have also taught across the other main areas of DT including RMT, Graphics and Textiles. I have also taught Health and Social Care and Social Sciences. I have taught both girls and boys from 11- 18 years of varying abilities. 

Over the years, I have been able to adapt and perfect my resources to ensure that lesson are challenging and engaging. A well planned lesson is essential if you want pupils to achieve their best in the classroom. 

Teaching has chanced a lot over recent years and work life balance is becoming more and more difficult to achieve. I hace supported a lot of trainee teachers, ECTs and non subject specialists, both in person and by sharing resources and offering advice. I have previously shared lots of my resources free of charge, but as demand continues to increase for well planned lessons and tried and tested resources, I have created my own shop so that others can benefit from my experience and succes and hopefully, reduce their work load!
